These years, there are too much frand /virus /scam mail from travel agent  named reconfirm requests.
Moreover , there are widely  scam reports by a famous vender.

Please contact your direct contractual vender or  use message system  provided by these vender.  Do not use email to ask something with us.

You need to inform us with original reservation number (or itenary nbr,or confirmation nbr) provided by these vender below; or You need to contact those vender directly to reconfirm;

• Expedia (number only:start from 1xxxxxxxxxxxxx)

Other vender we do not have direct contract and unable to reply/ confirm about booking inquiry.
To prevent scamming by Ag0da or b00king.com, we request you the original reservation number.

if you booked through  Agoda,Booking.com, Ctrip or Trip.com, Dida, XYZ, Webbeds, Hotelbeds etc you must contact them directly.

by they way, Name change is not allowed to prevent creditcard/payment scam and money laundering.  Please ask to your direct contractual booking vender when you need to name change. We cannot approve it
