Please contact your direct contractual vender or  use message system  provided by these vender.  Do not use email to ask something with us.

You need to inform us with original reservation number provided by these vender below; or You need to contact those vender directly;

• JTB Global(or japanican)
• NTA(Nippon travel agency)
• Expedia

Other vender we do not have direct contract and unable to reply/ confirm about booking inquiry.
